RETURNS

If you’ve just received your order and..

  • You’re unhappy with the sizing
  • It’s not the look you were going for
  • Or you’ve simply just changed your mind

Don’t stress! If your order is still valid within a 7 day period of receiving it, we will accept your return and we’re happy to issue you with a store credit (providing your return meets our returns policy guidelines listed below).

Due to our fast turn over of stock, unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges and are unable to hold stock.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn, unwashed, no make up stains, no perfume or deodorant scents, with all tags attached.

Note: We do not accept returns on SALE items, swimwear and lingerie.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with the original tax invoice. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost for your returned item, please also ensure to send your order back to us with tracking activated.

LA VIE THE LABEL reserves the right to deny a return if these guidelines haven’t been met.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

STORE CREDIT

Once we’ve received your return and it meets our guidelines, we will send you a confirmation email and a store credit will either be added to your account or emailed to you.

STOCK

Our team makes every effort to ensure stock is available at time of purchase. However, on the rare occasion if the item you’ve purchased is no longer available, you will receive a full refund for that item.

FAULTY ITEMS 

We inspect all items prior to purchase to ensure that we send our customers garments that are of high quality and condition.
In the case of faulty or incorrect garments being received, please email laviethelabel@outlook.com with a description of the faulty item, your order number, photos and any other relevant information regarding the faulty item.

Note: We do not accept returns on damaged garments by general wear and tear.

Once the order has been received, inspected and deemed as having manufacture damage/fault, you will have the option to be sent a replacement garment or a full refund on the faulty item.

Once we’ve received the faulty item and have approved the return, we will reimburse the customer for shipping charges made during the return process. If we are unable to determine/approve a manufacturing fault or if a garment is different from the image online, we unfortunately will not be able to reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
